What is a rauk?

A rauk is a tall limestone sea stack found on Gotland and Fårö in the Baltic. Over millions of years, waves and ice have carved away the soft rock — leaving only the most solid layers still standing.

Our burger is built the same way. Everything unnecessary gets stripped away; what stays, stays. Bröd, högrev, ost — in order. Stacked. Solid. Made to be remembered.
