Every burger takes its name from a place, force or formation rooted in the Gotland landscape. The names — like the ingredients — earn their place.

Gotland Smash
Lettuce, truffle mayo, cheese, crispy onion, bacon, chillicheese, BBQ. Thin-smashed, broad-served — our signature.

Kalksten Cheese
Onion, lettuce, cheese, American dressing, mustard, ketchup. The classic — built on the same foundation as every rauk: limestone.

Magma
Jalapeño mayo, cheese, jalapeños, mustard, ketchup. Strips included. Melted cheese, a fiery core — like molten stone.

Hoburgen Garlic
Onion, lettuce, garlic pepper dressing, bacon, cheese, jalapeños. The famous southern rauk — old, solid, proud.

Kustklippa Bacon
Onion, lettuce, bacon, cheese, American dressing, mustard, ketchup. Solid, salty, straight — like the cliff at the coast.

Lavaflod Hot
Garlic pepper dressing, cheese, salami, jalapeños, hot sauce. A flow of heat — each bite a little hotter than the last.

Visby Salami
Garlic pepper dressing, salami, mozzarella. Strips included. Hanseatic legacy — an Italian heart behind Gotland's walls.

Granit Smoke
Onion, lettuce, Texas BBQ, cheese, bacon. Smoky, weighted, decided — calm as granite, firm as granite.

It started
with a small
sketch.
One evening, a small notebook was the beginning of everything. The letters RAUK were drawn like limestone rocks — weathered, stacked, considerable. A burger in the corner. A theme: sea, rauks, Gotland.
A rauk is a tall limestone sea stack found on the Baltic islands of Gotland and Fårö. Waves and ice carved the soft rock for millions of years; only the most solid layers remain standing tall.
That is the metaphor. We don't make burgers — we stack them. Layer by layer, deliberately, with ingredients strong enough to stand on their own.

Everything has its place — from bun to bedrock. If even one layer falters, the stack falls. That's the only way to stand like a rauk.
Top bun
Sesame brioche, lightly toasted. The layer closest to the shore — soft but durable.
Sauce · Crown
Truffle mayo or garlic pepper. Sets the heat, frames the expectation.
Patty · Bedrock
Smashed, fresh, same morning. Carries the weight of the whole stack. Everything begins here.
Cheese · Melt
Melted cheddar or mozzarella. Binds the layers together — like mortar.
Base · Foundation
Lettuce, onion, bottom bun. The part that grounds — a rauk never floats.
